Every stage of glass processing, done in-house
Our production complex is located in the Stara Utva business complex in Pančevo, just 15 kilometres from Belgrade, and covers approximately 5,500 m² of production and office space. We approach every project individually — from technical preparation and processing to final completion and installation.
From sheet to finished product — eight processes.
Glass
It all starts with the sheet. We source glass from global manufacturers — AGC, Guardian Glass, Pilkington and Saint-Gobain — in jumbo sheets of 6000 × 3210 mm, the largest standard size of flat glass. Every subsequent piece is cut from that sheet, so the cutting layout is planned according to the project.

Glass cutting
Precise machine cutting of flat glass in all thicknesses, made to measure and to drawing. From standard sizes to complex shapes for furniture, interiors and facade elements.

◆ 02 — Process
Grinding and polishing
Machine processing of glass edges — from flat grinding to polished and bevelled edges. A flawless finish for glass that remains on view in the space.

◆ 03 — Process
Drilling and notching
CNC drilling of holes and cutting of notches and cut-outs to technical drawing — for fittings, hinges, handles and point fixings. Accurate positions and clean hole edges, ready for tempering.

◆ 04 — Process
Tempering
A thermal process that gives glass many times greater impact and bending strength. When broken, it shatters into small, harmless pieces — which is why tempered glass is the standard for facades, balustrades, partitions and shower enclosures.

◆ 05 — Process
Enamelling
Application of ceramic paint that fuses permanently to the glass during firing. Enamelled glass is resistant to wear and UV radiation — ideal for facade cladding, kitchen splashbacks and decorative panels.

◆ 06 — Process
Laminating
Laminated glass consists of two or more glass panes permanently bonded with an interlayer. When broken, the fragments remain attached to the interlayer — which is why laminated safety glass is indispensable for glass roofs, walk-on glass, balustrades and shopfronts.

Bending
Thermal shaping of glass in specialised furnaces. Curved forms for facades, display cases, balustrades and special interior elements — when the project calls for a curved line.

◆ 08 — Process
Insulating glass
Insulating glass made in-house — two or three panes hermetically sealed into a single unit. Excellent thermal and sound insulation for residential and commercial buildings.

All processing stages take place under one roof, on modern machines from European manufacturers, so lead times and quality stay in our hands. Our glass has been tested in accredited laboratories to ensure safety and compliance with all European standards.
